1. Introduction

Chanscapes is a landscaping company that provides a variety of services, including mowing, edging, trimming, aeration, seeding, fertilizing, and mulching. Chanscapes also offers design services, helping customers create beautiful and functional landscapes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Services

4. Payment

Payment for Chanscapes services is due immediately upon job competition, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Chanscapes accepts payment by check, credit card, or PayPal.

5. Cancellation

Chanscapes customers may cancel their services at any time by providing written notice to Chanscapes. Chanscapes will refund any unused portion of the customer's service fee.

6. Term and Termination

These Terms of Service will remain in effect until terminated by either party. Chanscapes may terminate these Terms of Service at any time, for any reason, upon notice to you. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to Chanscapes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Chanscapes with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms of Service and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

All notices and other communications hereunder will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:
